• Select your necklace Color.
• Choose necklace length from 14” to 22". The length option is the Total chain length including the charm. (If you order an 18" chain, the piece will come as Chain + Charm = 18")
• To personalize your necklace please enter the name, word or number you want. All letters can be uppercase or lowercase letters.
• Finish your payment and complete your order.

PRODUCTION TIME

All items made to order. Production time is 1-3 Business Days.

PACKAGING

All of our jewelries arrives packaged in boxes. Our store is responsible for the caused packacing and prodution errors. We aren’t responsible for user errors.

CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us within 12 hours of the submitted order if you want to make additional changes, If the order has already been started sorry we cannot make any changes on it. Please contact us within 6 hours of the submitted order if you want to cancel your order. We need to say that we cannot cancel the order If the order has already been started.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For non-personalized orders; Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, we can make refunds for unworn and undamaged jewelry pieces. Because all items are made to order, we need to charge a 15% restocking cost. Exchanges are not accepted after 7 days of delivery. Shipping cost will be charged from the buyer for second sending.
For Personalized orders; we cannot make a refund if we have not made any mistake on your order.

LOST PACKAGES

In this case we assure that we will be responsible and do our best to find the lost packages as fast as we can. We want to make you happy.

 

CUSTOMS FEES

For international shipping ; Some countries may randomly apply customs fees to packages. In this situation we will pay the customs fees. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
